Kalaw is a small city famous to be the start point for the trek to Inle Lake.
Something like fourteen hours of bus later, I arrived in Kalaw. It was dark and freaking cold. I mean cold, cold. Stupid Margot who lived for two month already in a tropical place and thought that she will never experience to freeze before her come back in London month later.
You’ll see Tanaka on all the faces in Myanmar.
You need to scratch a root on a stone and add a bit of water before applying the paste on your face to protect your skin from the sun.
My plans changed again when the locals told me that the only bus of the day left already. I had to stay there for the night.
